What is the minimum order?
Our minimum order is just 12 balls — enough for a team or a small rack refresh — with bulk tiers that drop steeply at the quantities a centre re-racks in.
How fast will my bowling balls arrive?
Your free mockup lands within 24 hours and balls ship in about 2 weeks. Drilled orders add a little because each ball is cut to its own measurements; you get a real date before you commit.
Why does my ball hurt my thumb or wrist?
Almost always pitch rather than weight. Pitch is the angle the holes are drilled at, and the wrong angle makes the ball hang on the thumb through release. It is a measurement, and it is the first thing we check.
What is span and why does it matter?
Span is the distance from the thumb hole to the finger holes, matched to one hand. Too wide and the grip tightens and the release goes late; too short and the ball rolls off early. It is measured, never picked from a chart.
What does surface grit actually do?
It decides how early the ball finds friction. A duller surface reacts sooner, a polished one skids further before turning. We state the grit every ball ships at, which very few suppliers do.
How long does a ball last?
The core lasts for years; the surface is a consumable. Coverstock absorbs lane oil and loses reaction over a few hundred games, and resurfacing restores most of it for a fraction of a new ball.
Which coverstock should I choose?
Polyester goes straight and is right for spares and house racks. Urethane is controlled and repeatable, and it suits dry or short patterns. Reactive resin hooks hardest and needs oil to work with.
Do you redraw artwork?
Yes, free. A ball is a curved surface seen from three metres away, so fine detail and small type disappear. We redraw for bold shapes and one clear mark as part of the mockup.
